Shipping Policy
1. Delivery by Pharmacy
- All orders placed through our platform are delivered directly by the pharmacy to the customer.
- No delivery charges are collected by the platform or the pharmacy.
- Delivery timelines may vary based on pharmacy workload, store timings, weather, and distance from the pharmacy.
2. When Delivery Is Not Possible
In some cases (e.g. pharmacy staff unavailable, long distance, heavy rain), the pharmacy may be unable to deliver the order.
If that happens:
- Customers will receive a notification/call from the pharmacy.
- Customers may choose to self-pick up the order from the pharmacy address within the selected store hours.
3. Pickup Instructions
- Carry a valid Order ID / OTP and prescription (if applicable).
- Pickup timings will be based on the pharmacy’s working hours.
- If the order is not collected within [3 days], it may be cancelled as per our Cancellation Policy.
4. Serviceable Areas
- Delivery and pickup options are available only within the operating area of each pharmacy.
- Users are advised to confirm store timings and availability before visiting for pickup.
